Nextate was one of the top sponsors of InfoEducatie 2006, the leading national software and web design contest for the most talented high-school students in Romania. By tradition the competition takes place every year in Galaciuc, a beautiful summer camp located in the Vrancea mountains.
Every year InfoEducatie collects tens of youngsters passionate with computer science from all around the country. During the twelve years of its existence, InfoEducatie helped the formation of the first generations of IT specialists in Romania. Many of its alumnus have studied in top universities in Romania and abroad and started their own companies or joined such software market leaders as Google and Microsoft.
